We’ve noticed a new issue with the new iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s+. There are reports that the touchscreen will freeze occasionally and no longer react to taps or swipes, and the device can become unresponsive and crash. Because it’s affecting the operating system, it will also affect our app. We are working with Apple and the new devices to try to fix these issues. We apologize for the inconvenience.
On some devices, the coupon code may too long to display correctly. Don’t worry! The coupon code is automatically copied to your device and able to be pasted into the checkout of the website you’re on. To do this, simply long press with your finger on the coupon code box on the website you’re buying from and select ‘paste’. We’ll be fixing this bug in an upcoming update, so stay tuned!
1. Check the make sure you have Facebook or Twitter installed & you are logged into them your phone. If you do not have them installed, please do so and log in.
2. If you have already shared today, you will not be able to share again until tomorrow. This functionality resets every night at midnight (PST).

For Android users, If your device receives automatic updates, your current Mobii app will automatically update to the latest version when it becomes available.

The Mobii app uses your devices microphone to detect audio from TV and Radio to give you promotions and offers! We need microphone access in order to use this feature. If you tapped ‘Don’t Allow’ and need to make a change, just go to the Setting app on your iOS device, select ‘Privacy’, choose microphone, and enable microphone access for the Mobii app.
Auto mode allows the Mobii app to detect offers from TV and Radio even when it’s in the background. In order to turn on this feature, tap the Auto Mode button on the top right of the ‘Home’ page.
If you are using an iPhone 7s or 7s Plus, you will need to force tap your friends name in the Facebook Invite Friends popup. A simple touch tap won’t select the friend and requires a harder tap on each friend you want to invite. We’ll be fixing this bug in an upcoming update, so stay tuned!
On digital prizes under $25 your prize will be immediately delivered to you in app. Once you save it to your wallet, you can redeem it by clicking on the “Redeem Online” button at the bottom of the screen. This will take you directly to the appropriate site to claim your prize. For prizes over $25 you will be redirected to a prize claim form. Once you fill out this form a member of the Mobii app team will reach out to finalize your prize delivery.
Prizes are processed Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm PST. Digital prizes will be sent to the email account registered to your the Mobii app account upon completion of processing. Physical prizes will be shipped via FedEx ground and will be delivered in 1-2 weeks depending on your location.
In order to delete a promotion from your wallet, swipe your finger over the wallet item from right to left to reveal a hidden ‘delete’ button behind the item. Tap delete, and it’s gone!
When you reveal the ‘delete’ button from your wallet view and tap on it, the item will be deleted and you will be unable to retrieve it. If you have any questions, please contact support. Support is available Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST.

Tap on “Forgot Password” from the sign-in page. Enter the email address used to create your account on the page and tap ‘Submit’. Make sure you wait a few minutes and please check your spam just in case our emails did not make it to your inbox. Once you receive the email, tap the reset password link to reset your password.
